confidence building
Feel you've a mountain to climb? Need your confidence boosting? Or perhaps you feel uneasy in social situations and are worried about 'getting it wrong'? Possibly you've simply lost your mojo?
Whether your self-esteem needs a boost or have been diagnosed with a specific learning difficulty, Kate has a particular interest in supporting those who would like to improve their confidence work- and social-wise.
She has extensive experience working with people diagnosed with Asperger’s syndrome, dyslexia, dyspraxia, ADHD and other SpLDs, plus with many others who have simply lost confidence in themselves.
Kate herself is dyslexic, and the majority of her extended family have one SpLD or another.
With patience, kindness and understanding Kate has boosted the confidence of many people, enabling them to find jobs, secure their future, and move forward positively.

Sessions are confidential, sensitively handled and managed in a way that suits the client
-
Clients can be taught basic social skills, or far more advanced communications
-
Some of ChaxMedia's brightest clients have Asperger's Syndrome or high-functioning autism, and simply need training in the rules of societal norms, which they learn rapidly, quickly making progress in social and work situations
-
Other clients have lost confidence, possibly through taking a break from the corporate world, having a bad experience, or resigning from a job due to a bullying colleague
-
Kate gently rebuilds confidence, with techniques that allow clients to pick themselves up, dust themselves down and move forward with a belief in themselves and their ability
